Choosing a Decoration Method

• Raised PVC/rubber patch — the premium option. Dimensional, waterproof, holds fine detail and bold colour. Best for retail and gifting where perceived value matters.
• Embroidery — classic and traditional, ideal for club crests and text. Puff embroidery adds height for bold, simple marks.
• Sublimation or digital print — best for photographic detail, gradients, and complex multi-colour artwork that embroidery would lose.
• Heat transfer or silkscreen — most cost-effective at high volume for simple, flat designs.

2. Upload your logo — vector files (.AI, .EPS, .SVG) are needed for patch moulds and embroidery digitizing. Bold, high-contrast marks reproduce best; very fine text and gradients suit sublimation rather than embroidery or PVC.
3. We'll send a digital proof, plus a physical pre-production sample on larger runs.
