Most branded hoodies are 240–280 GSM — thin, floppy, and immediately identifiable as event merch. This one starts at 350 GSM and goes to 420, which is the range streetwear labels charge $120 for. Choosing a Fabric Weight

• 350 GSM — substantial but wearable year-round. The best all-purpose choice, and warm without being heavy.
• 380–400 GSM — noticeably dense with excellent structure. The sweet spot for premium retail and gifting.
• 420 GSM — maximum weight and warmth. Best for cold-climate programmes and flagship pieces where the hoodie is the hero product.
